The last two and a half years singing in the Hilltop Gospel Choir have been such a gift to me! The members come from various backgrounds, and each one shines with a light from within! We are united in song, united at the heart, each one an evangelist!

Each rehearsal we find a scripture that our director, Roberta, has placed on our seat. Roberta has been an increasing source of musical and spiritual influence. She leads our worship sessions with such excellence and praise, that my personal commitment has been positively affected by a desire to reach high enough to touch the garment of our Lord.

Beginning and ending each rehearsal with prayer, I believe each choir member knows that he/she speaks in song to hearts of so many people in need!

We are given the vision to understand the life-giving music given to us by the black gospel singers, which makes us brothers and sisters all! It is such a personal gift for me knowing that through this experience I can help bring God to His people. The choir has made the voice of God more audible in my life! To God be the Glory!
